Two aircraft of Surya Kiran Aerobatics Team collided while rehearsing at the Yelahanka air base in Bengaluru. Both the pilots ejected but one of them succumbed to his injuries. A civilian was also injured in the mishap. The aircraft were rehearsing for the upcoming Aero India 2019. Both the pilots ejected but one of them was severely injured and was rushed to a hospital. PTI is reporting that one pilot has succumbed to his injuries. More details about the incident are awaited. Aero India 2019 is Asia’s largest air show which will be held from February 20 to February 24.
