BSP chief Mayawati on Thursday said both the BJP and the Congress have formed governments that unleashed terror on people of India.Mayawati said people should decide if there is any difference between the two parties. She said the Congress government has acted cruelly against innocent Muslims on the mere suspicion of cow slaughter.
