Human semen examined in a laboratory microscopoe using regular light, phase contrast and dark field. Magnifications 400x - 600x. Different light is required to see cells without dyes, as live cells cannot be stained. There is 50/50 split of mobile and immobile sperm cells. The video shows human cells in action. The sperm cells move by wiggling the flagellum (tail).
