Akshay Was The First Choice Of Kabir To Play Salman's Brother In Tubelight

Kabir Khan was asked about whether Sohail was the first choice to play Salman Khan's brother in the film, the director revealed, instead of a real brother he was thinking to get an actor who can create the chemistry on screen. Although he claims that he had not finalized anyone there were some actors who could have perfected the role. And one of them was Akshay Kumar. This was when Kabir was developing the script but he was convinced by Sohail when the script was completely ready. The reason behind it was Salman and Sohail's mind blowing on screen presence.
