Deepika Padukone Was Pressured To Do The 'Lovely' Item Song In HNY By Farah Khan!

We all know that the poor Deepika Padukone was under a lot of stress last year. She herself had admitted that during the shoot of Happy New Year she was going through a lot of depression issues. But we just got know that her director Farah Khan put a little extra pressure on her during the movie. Farah admitted to Alia Bhatt on her latest cookery show that Deepika was completely against the song 'Lovely' when she first heard it and was adamant not to do the song. Dippy thought that it was a cheap item number and did not want to be a part of it. But being the captain of the ship, Farah was sure that it will be a hit especially with the leggy lass's sexy dance moves and made Ms. Padukone shoot for the song. Seeing that Farah was the director of Deepika's very first film Om Shanti Om, she did not retaliate and gave her 100 percent to the song. But Farah don't you think that instead of pressuring Dippy into this skimpy number, you should have concentrated more on the criticised script of the movie?
