Here is the public review of PK, starring Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma. Find out what the aam junta have to say about the film.
We've seen various films dealing with the belief in the supernatural and the higher entity, but everyone has preconceived notions over its presence. While many have attempted it, Rajkumar Hirani has painted a picture so perfect its hard to point out flaws. Taking the same subject, he gives it his own humorous spin which Aamir Khan pulls off effortlessly. The film begins with Jaggat Janni a.k.a Jaggu (Anushka Sharma) who studies in Belgium and returns back to India after a heartbreak. Working as a reporter for a news channel, she comes across PK (Aamir Khan) who deals with everyday issues in the most humorous ways possible. She soon begins to understand that PK can help her get her 'breaking story' for her channel. Without revealing much about the idea of the film we can say that PK beautifully elucidates the crazy religious battle we face everyday. The makers have not wasted any time on secondary issues and have stayed true to the concept throughout the film. Whenever the film falls into predictable territory they manage to pull it back. Some of the novel ideas they have introduced in the film stay on with you even after the movie is over.
