Caramel Pudding Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Egg - 4 large eggs
Sugar - 1 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Nuts - for decoration (optional)


Step-1
Add eggs and half cup sugar into the blender and blend

Step-2
Add milk to the blender and blend and keep it aside

Step-3
For making caramel add half cup of sugar into a pan and swirl instead of stir.

Step-4
Pour the caramel into your desired bowl and add the nuts top of it.

Step-5
Check whether the caramel is set and pour the mix and egg mixture.

Step-6
Now, bake this at 160-degree Celcius from 45 to 55 minutes.

Step-7
Let it cool and after that refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Step-8
After that serve it
