Rare tornado strikes Havana, at least 4 killed

Havana (Cuba), Jan 28 (EFE).- (Camera: Felipe Borrego). Cuba's Cabinet met Monday to evaluate the damage caused by a tornado that cut a destructive swath through parts of Havana, killing four people and leaving 195 injured.
