Gnana Kirukkan Tamil Movie features Jega, Archana Kavi, Sushmitha and Daniel Balaji in the lead roles.

Gnana Kirukkan starts with Inamkiliyur villagers gearing up to go and enjoy the village carnival. Daniel Balaji's pregnant wife (Sushmitha) also goes to the carnival and she delivers a baby boy, Perumal (Jega) at the carnival itself. Daniel Balaji suddenly experiences some unique feeling and starts behaving strangely, like he is posessed. Perumal runs away to Trichy and begins working in a hotel. Perumal returns to his village and falls in love with a distant relative but when his family comes to know of this, they create a huge ruckus and an angry Perumal leaves the village to Chennai. How does Chennai treat Perumal? What happens to his family? forms the rest of the story.
