Mehul Choksi gives up Indian passport to the high commission in Guyana

Fugitive Mehul Choksi who had bought a Antiguan and Barbudan citizenship few months ago has now surrendered his Indian citizenship. Reacting to the news, home minister Rajnath Singh has assured that economic offenders who have fled the country will be brought back. He said that the economic offenders bill ensure that they are brought to book.
