Grand Prix races can be won or lost at the pit stop, so during pre-season McLaren have to start training to be in the best shape and get the best time possible. Garage technicians Lee and Briggsy give us a closer look at the drills they practice, the tools they use and just what it takes, before we see the real thing in action in Barcelona.
