CBI court awards life imprisonment to Gurmeet Ram Rahim, 3 others in journalist murder case

A special CBI court in Panchkula on Thursday awarded life imprisonment to Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim and three others in 2002 journalist murder case. They had been convicted earlier. On January 11, 2019, the special CBI court had convicted the 51-year-old Dera head, Kuldeep Singh, Nirmal Singh and Krishan Lal for the murder of journalist Ramchandra Chhatrapati in 2002.
