Upper Caste Quota: Weak sections get 10%; who's eligible? | Who's Winning 2019?

The government has approved 10% reservation for economically backward upper castes in government jobs and educational institutes. The proposal was approved by the union cabinet. Following the cabinet approval, the government will now move to amend the constitution in order to grant this 10 % reservation for economically weaker upper castes.
