Sabarimala Temple Row: Gates open again for Makara-vilakku season

As Sabarimala temple gates open again for the Makara-vilakku season after 3 days of closure, Sec144 prohibitory orders has been extended by the district administration at Sabarimala Sannidhanam, Pamba base camp & at Nilakkal till 5th of January as lakhs & lakhs of devotees are expected for this main season which is considered to be auspicious one. District administration says prohibitory orders will be extended week by week after seeing the situation on the ground till the review petition taken up for hearing on 22nd January.
