The S&P 500 dipped one-point-six percent to 2,467.
The Nasdaq shed one-point-six percent to 6,528.
In South Korea, stocks slipped on Thursday as the Fed's rate hike weighed on investor sentiment.
The benchmark KOSPI dropped 19 points, or zero-point-nine percent, to 2,060.
The tech-heavy KOSDAQ shed zero-point-six percent to 668.
