The ruling Democratic Party and the government met this morning... to discuss ways to ease market saturation in the convenience store sector.
The two sides agreed.... that physical distance between stores need to be taken into account,... as well as the market characteristics of different regions.
They also agreed... that owners should be able to close down their stores more easily in times of financial difficulty,... by providing exemptions and cuts to penalty fees.
