Violent clashes over relocation of temple in Malaysia

Violence erupted over the proposed relocation of a 147-year-old Hindu temple in Malaysia’s Subang Jaya. A fireman was critically injured and a policeman was hurt in the unrest. 21 people have been arrested in connection with the incident. The land on which the temple is located had been acquired by a developer and some devotees have opposed the move. (Photo: AP)
