The UN and other authorities are investigating at least 40 ships and 1-hundred-30 companies for making illicit transfers of refined oil, coal and other goods to North Korea.
Citing diplomatic sources,... the Wall Street Journal reports.... these vessels have made over 2-hundred trips to the North,... in violation of UN sanctions.
While we don't know who exactly owns the vessels,... they are known to have been registered in countries ranging from Taiwan to Togo.
The report adds.... the regime is using various disguise measures to avoid international sanctions.
