S. Korea, Australia play to 1-1 draw in football friendly

In football, South Korea and Australia played to a 1-1 draw on Saturday in Brisbane.
It was the Taeguk Warriors' fifth match under their new head coach, Paulo Bento of Portugal, and their fifth in a row without a loss.
The Koreans nailed their first scoring opportunity of the game in the 22nd minute with a long pass from Kim Min-jae to striker Hwang Ui-jo who put it away.
The Australians kept hammering away though, and finally in stoppage time they got their equalizer.
It was a disappointment for the South Korean side who were so close to their first win abroad with their new coach.
But they'll have another chance this Tuesday, again in Brisbane, against Uzbekistan.
Both friendlies are considered warmups for the Asian Cup, which starts in January in the UAE.
