Fine dust levels remain high, chillier air blow in this afternoon _ 111618

Good morning, there will be dust in the west, and rain down south while Gangwon-do Province will be free from dust and rain but under lots of clouds. Those of us in the orange colored area will need to avoid being outdoors as toxic smog from China will add to the dusty conditions.
Some southern regions and Jeju Island have been seeing light showers since early this morning and 5 to 10 millimeters of showers will continue to fall until the afternoon. The rest of the country will be cloudy.
Temperature-wise, we'll notice much colder air blowing in starting this afternoon... most regions will see highs that are 2 to 5 degrees lower than yesterday.
Starting tomorrow, lows will plunge to the lower single digits, time to take out your winter jackets.
So it's about that time of the year....Gimjang or kimchi making season in Korea. Colder northern regions will make kimchi this weekend and soon enough, regions across the country will have their Gimjang as well.
