Getting dustier in western regions, mild daily highs _ 111518

Good afternoon, the college entrance exam is well underway, test takers should be eating lunch right now.... chilly temperatures are no concern for this year's test but dust is the main problem for the western regions.

Beijing was smothered by the worst smog so far this year, seeing levels 12 times higher than the average healthy exposure level over a 24-hour period. That's going to add to the levels of fine dust over the Korean Peninsula as well.

Highs will range between 13 and 18 degrees Celsius, Seoul and Daejeon will get up to 15 degrees. If you are not in the western parts of the country, be sure to take the advantage of a couple more days of relatively mild conditions before it gets too cold.

We'll have one more day of temperatures above the seasonal average... then starting this weekend, it will start to feel more like winter.

That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.
