No mention of Rafale Pricing ,Central Government submits affidavit in SC

The central government has responded to the supreme court over the rafale row and submitted an affidavit today. The NDA govt filed a sealed cover report and handed it to a petitioner today. the petitioner had sought a court-monitored cbi probe into the procurement of 36 rafale jet fighter plane from france.the centre has cited that appropriate defence procurement norms were followed in acquiring 36 rafale aircraft.
