Takon and Waha cross paths with Nebart the Hermit in the forest. The latter finds the Trolls' habits disgusting. He casts a spell on Takon, who starts to act like a Cry-for-help and a well-mannered one at that! And worse still, when Waha tries to convince the hermit to break the spell Nebart gets angry: he threatens to come to the village and flood it with water!
Back in the village the Trolls panic as they can't stand water. Then Labasta steals one of Waha's ideas: if the Trolls can show they are polite (whatever that means) maybe the hermit won't flood the village after all? The Trolls try to act civilized...but it's hard for them! They need to practice. Luckily they have an excellent teacher: Takon!
