Lal mirch crushed 1 tsp
Dhania crushed 1tsp
Zeera crushed 1 tsp

Kali mirch powder 1 tsp
Namak 1tsp or to taste
Garam masala 1tsp

Qasori methi 1tsp
Oil 1 Cups
Chicken tikka 800gm

Hari mirch whole 10-12
Adrak lehsan 2tbs
Tamatar 400gm
Hara dhania 2tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS

Karhai mein oil dal ker garam karein.

Chicken dal ker golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.

Hari mirchon ko karhai mein dal ker 5 minutes kliya fry ker lein.

Ab excess oil ko nikal lein.

Adrak lehsan dal dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya fry ker lein phir ache tarhan mix ker lein.

Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein

Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.

Ab tayyar spice mix dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.

Akhir main hara dhania dal dain.

INSTRUCTIONS

In bowl, add red chili crushed, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, salt, Qasori methi and All spice mix well & set aside.

In wok, add oil and heat it.

Add chicken and fry until golden brown.

Add in a wok green chilies and fry for 5 minutes.

Now remove excess oil.

Add ginger garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes then mix well.

Add tomatoes and mix well.

Cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes. Add 2 tbs of prepared spice mix and mix well.

Sprinkle green coriander and serve.
