S. Korean government unveils new measures to boost job creation and economy

Many jobseekers in South Korea have been having a torrid time trying to find work amid a protracted slump in the local employment market.
Making matters worse,.. the situation appears to be deteriorating.
In September,... the unemployment rate in South Korea hit three-point-six percent,… a high not seen in 13 years.
Looking to tackle the problem head on,... the government on Wednesday unveiled a slew of new measures aimed at getting people back to work.

At a meeting for ministries related to the economy on Wednesday, Korea's finance minister Kim Dong-yeon explained how the government is going to create more jobs.
