In the latest development in the Ashish Pandey case, his counsel didn't move the bail plea. The court has sent Pandey to a 14 day judicial custody. An application has been filed to release his car which was seized by the cops. Pandey was seen brandishing his gun at a couple outside the Hyatt in Delhi on the 14th of this month. His counsel had argued that his client was being targeted because of the media hyping the case and that the move was 'politically motivated'.
