Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad pointed out on Tuesday that owners of capital have benefited the most from Malaysia's economic growth in the last decade, while most workers do not feel the benefits.

He said this during the Mid-Term Review of the Eleventh Malaysia Plan.
