Good morning. Air quality will improve in the capital area, but today toxic smog will continue to choke the southern parts of the nation. In fact, an ultra fine dust advisory has been issued in Chungcheong-do and Jeollabuk-do provinces this morning. Face masks seem to be a must for those smog affected regions.

The mercury might reach about 20 degrees Celsius but it will feel colder here in Seoul due to the cold wind, and temperatures will drop even further as we head toward the end of the week.

There'll be partly sunny skies all day with light rain expected on Jeju Island this afternoon.

Taking a closer look at today's temperatures, highs will range between 19 and 22 degrees Celsius. Seoul and Daegu will get up to 20 degrees.

Temperatures will be slightly cooler than what we usually have around this time and entire nation should have better air tomorrow.

That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.
