An oil storage tank exploded in Goyang, northwest of Seoul, on Sunday,.. sparking a massive fire that was only brought under control after 17 hours. The tank, owned by the state-run Daehan Oil Pipeline Corporation,... burst into flames at 11AM on Sunday,... sending fumes and toxic gas to nearby areas. The tank contained about four-and-a-half million tons of gasoline and was surrounded by a 60 centimeter-thick wall, which stopped the fire from spreading in other areas. Firefighters say the fire was finally put out just before 4AM this morning
