Fire at gasoline storage facility near Seoul; no casualties reported

A massive fire erupted this morning at around 11 o'clock at a gasoline storage facility in the city of Goyang, just outside of Seoul,... believed to have been caused by an explosion.
Reports say, thankfully, that as of this afternoon there were no injuries and the fire was not spreading.
There was a second explosion around noon.
The chief of the Goyang fire department said firefighters were working to get the gasoline out of the affected storage tank.
There are 20 tanks at the facility, the one in question reportedly holding around 4-and-a-half million liters of gasoline.
Some three hundred firefighters have been deployed to the site with more than a hundred trucks.
Helicopters are standing by as well.
