Ingredients:- 1/2 cup Sugar 1/4 cup Water 1 cup Cashew powder Gulkand
Method:- - Heat a vessel, add sugar, water, and make one string consistency syrup. - Add cashew powder, mix well, switch off the gas and spread it on the sides of the vessel. - Scrape out the mixture and make a dough of it. - Make 3 portions of the dough and roll it on a butter paper. - Apply the gulkand on it, roll another dough on it and cover the sides. - Apply gulkand on top and keep it aside for 10 minutes to set. - Sprinkle some cashews on it and roll it. - Cut the disc into pieces and place it on a tray. - Our Gulkand Kaju Katli is ready.
