President Moon joins other world leaders to call for action against drug abuse

World leaders at the UN General Assembly have been voicing their concerns about the scourge of drug abuse around the globe.
That includes President Moon Jae-in, who took part at an event on Monday titled Global Call to Action on the World Drug Problem,… which was hosted by U.S. President Donald Trump.
Moon and 30 other world leaders reiterated their commitment to effectively handle the drug problem gripping many parts of the world.
South Korea's presidential office says the meeting was part of global efforts to step up the application of international drug control conventions.
