McDonnell announces plan to give workers more ownership

Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell announces a plan to give workers more ownership of the companies they work for. At the Labour Party conference in Liverpool he vowed to legislate that large companies will have to transfer shares into an 'ownership fund' which will give workers the same rights as other shareholders.
