Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Batti Gul Meter Chalu released in theatres today and the film based on a electricity scam has been directed by Shree Narayan Singh who has also made Toilet Ek prem Katha starring Akshay Kumar. Batti Gul Meter Chalu is based in a small town in Uttarakhand called Tehri, and Shahid Kapoor is seen playing a lawyer in the film.
