Kulwinder Billa is a Punjabi singer who is famously known for his song, Time Table 2. He is also a Punjabi actor and appeared in Gippy Grewal's movie, Subedar Joginder Singh. He will be playing the lead actor alongside Punjabi actress, Wamiqa Gabbi, in Parahuna.
