There seems to be no relief for the Aam Aadmi in the fuel prices as no decision was taken on the rising fuel prices in the cabinet meeting. Meanwhile, the Union Railway Minister Piyush Goyal has put the onus on the states to cut the vat imposed on the petrol and diesel prices. With centre now putting the onus on the states it seems that it will the aam aadmi who will be going through the trouble amid this states-centre tug of war.
