1) Mix the eggs 2) Mix in evaporated milk, condensed milk and vanilla extract 3) Strain the mixture 3x-4x and set aside 4) Caramelization: Melt 1 1/2 tbsp of white sugar in the llanera. Set aside to harden 5) Pour 1 cup of leche flan mixture into the llanera 6) Add 2 tbsp of diced mangoes 7) Cover with foil 8) Bring 1 liter of water to a boil 9) Steam over a very low fire for 1 hour and 15 minutes 10)Remove from the steamer and cool completely 11)Remove the leche flan from the pan. Slide a knife around the pan and turn the pan upside down onto a container 12)Spread 2 tbsp of Kremdensada on top of the flan 13)Add 2 tbsp of crushed graham crackers on top 14)top it with sliced mangoes 15)Cover and chill
