NASA offering $750k prize for CO2 Mars conversion tech

MISSION CONTROL — NASA is offering $750,000 to anyone that can do their job for them.

The space agency is offering cash-prizes to people who can figure out how to convert C02 into other molecules. Engadget reports. NASA will also try to find applications for tech for here on Earth.

According to Yahoo, participants need to register by January 24, 2019 and apply by February 28. The content's first phase will reward $250,000 to five winning plans, and the next will award $750,000 to those with working and usable technology.
