S. Korea, Russia agree to install air force hotline

Seoul and Moscow agreed to install a direct communication line between their air forces... in an effort to further develop defense exchanges.
The decision was made when Vice Defense Minister Suh Choo-suk... met his Russian counterpart Alexander Fomin... in Moscow, Tuesday local time.
They managed to touch on this subject while discussing the region's security issues and bilateral cooperation, but the details of the hotline have not been determined yet, according to a defense ministry official.
Back in July, two Russian military aircrafts entered South Korea's Air Defense Identification Zone four times, before flying away after Seoul dispatched fighter jets and broadcast warnings.
