Why You Might Be Hurting Your Ears Without Realizing

Speakers at concerts and clubs have gotten loud. So loud that you're probably hurting your ears and setting yourself up for tinnitus. What's tinnitus?

It's that sound after a concert: eeeeeeeee. It usually goes away after a few days, but one day it might not.

Everytime you expose your ears to loud sounds, they're getting damaged. The issue is, when do you know you're hurting them? How are you supposed to tell?

And most importantly, what can you do about it?
