This year, Vans Shop Riot in the Czech Republic took place at a new skatepark in Sumperk. It is situated close to Slovakia which meant participation of shops increased dramatically, making it the most successful Shop Riot in Czech history. Thirteen teams and countless visitors enjoyed a day full of skateboarding and hanging with friends. Unfortunately, following a sunny afternoon, there was a huge storm which stopped the contest after qualifications! Picnic Skateshop took home the first position for killing it all day and after several second places in previous years, Jiri Houka, Tomas Nalevka and Ales Jez finally made it to the European Finals!
