Cody introduces us to his side hustle, Land and Sea Department, a collection of friends who had their begin- nings in accidentally opening the Michelin star restaurant/bar/hotel Longman & Eagle. Having since opened a fried chicken and fish spot, the collective figured out how to make a living off of personal interests by creating continually varied projects and events.
