China's Defence Minister has arrived in India For 4-Day Visit.. the first after the Doklam standoff. He will have in depth exhanges with his counterpart Nirmala Sitharaman. This will be their second meeting this year as Nirmala Sitharaman met him during her visit to Beijing in April to take part in the defence ministers' meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO).
