Maharashtra Chief Minister's vehicle has violated traffic rules more than 13 times within 2018. CM's vehicle owes 13 thousand rupees to the traffic department. The department has sent E-challan for over speeding and risking others lives. However, the Mumbai police have said that convoy vehicles of CM are exempted from speed limits due to security threat perception. Technical glitch in the software which generates E- challans is being rectified. Meanwhile, the rest of the VVIP list that violates traffic includes MNS chief Raj Thackrey, Transport Minister Diwakar Raute , Arbaz Khan production house, Aditya Thackrey amongst others.
