Assen World Superbikes: Checa and Neukirchner make up

Carlos Checa and Max Neukirchner shook hands for the first time after their last corner collision at Valencia three weeks ago.
German Suzuki man Neukirchner was just meters away from his first ever WSB race win when he was taken out by a hard charging Carlos Checa, also searching for his first Superbike victory.
Neukirchner suffered a broken left collarbone in the crash and was flown to Germany where a plate was inserted to enable him to race in Assen this weekend.
