HYPEBEAST Radio #1: Gab3 Wants to Direct Movies, Thinks Kids Are Wearing Too Much Supreme

In this pilot episode of HYPEBEAST Radio, hosts Madrell Stinney and Ben Roazen sit down with artist, director and videographer Gab3. Over the course of the conversation, the elusive creative opens up about how it feels seeing his VHS aesthetic permeating both the mainstream and the underground. "I feel like I'm one of the more slept-on artists out right now," says Gab3. "I'm dropping stuff and these popstars take all the effects from my videos and my world without giving me full credit." Since then, the California-based artist has been keeping a relatively low profile: "If the Internet is our high school, I'm not showing my face there."

When pressed on his long-term ambitions, the artist shrugs, before adding: "I wanna make party movies. Cool, 'holy shit!' party movies. I'm gonna be on my Ice Cube."
