IEA Director General responds to Guardian article

The Director General of the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) has responded to an article published in The Guardian which reported that the thinktank has been offering potential US donors access to government ministers and civil servants. Mark Littlewood defended the IEA's actions, saying that he was "not aware of any thinktank that doesn't have to raise cash".
