Rafale Deal Controversy: France backs NDA stand; big claim was 'fake news'?

A day after Congress President Rahul Gandhi claimed in parliament that French President Emmanuel Macron told him that no secrecy pact between India and France exists. Congress released a press statement backing their president Rahul Gandhi, saying that a pact was signed between the Indian & the French government to maintain the secrecy of the deal.
