Hello I'm Michelle Park here with the latest weather update. The sizzling weather continues to overheat the nation. The heatwave warnings have spread even further and they've been strengthened.
Tomorrow is going to be another sunny day due to the high-pressure front. Meanwhile, Beijing and Tokyo will be partly cloudy, but they'll still be boiling during the day.
The captive heat in urban areas, especially, is resulting in tropical nights,... so the morning lows are on the rise for some regions. Seoul still remains at 24, just on the verge of a tropical night.
The daytime high tomorrow in Seoul is expected to reach 34 degrees Celsius, Gwangju 36, Daegu a few notches off from becoming 40 degrees.
Starting Friday, Seoul can also expect tropical nights to couple up with the heatwave.
