Aaron Baker finds a large warehouse in North Portland, Oregon completely vandalized. The building was vacated around a year ago by a trucking company. Now all you can find is signs of Gang ivity and homeless living in the large distribution warehouse. Is this the future of Americas vacant buildings? Its a similar sight of buildings in former Soviet Union countries.
